This book is the first of the Rejected Moon Series it is based in a world where moon casters caused a dystopian world known as the Lunar Reversal that happened 20 years ago. The book starts off with Emlyn who is part of a shifter pack and tonight is the night to be paired with her Alpha mate. Victor is everything Emlyn wants in a mate strong, can provide for the pack and treats her right. When the pack Alpha matches Emlyn and Victor together and they go on a hunt to kill a moon caster. But everything is not as it appears when Emlyn and Victor are about to mate Emlyn displays a moon caster ability and goes on the run. There she meets Nate who becomes her companion and Milo. Their lives are intertwined as they seek answers for Emlyn and the reason that there are no babies being born. I loved getting to know these characters and it was great to see that they had insecurities and were able to talk about them. I can’t wait to see where the series goes!
