Ava and her brother Shay escape their fathers attempt to sell Shay after their mothers death. On the run she finds herself face to face with a beta named Gabriel who offers sanctuary in their town. Mal, Hayes and Aiden are the heirs apparent and will take over the shifter pack this full moon, but when Ava stubbles into their life it seems that life had other plans and she was meant to be part of it. A majority of the book we learn about the characters and their relationships and backstories. But the ending was intriguing and I cant wait to read the next book to find out what Gideon knows about her and her father.
