Blackout is the second book in the series and we are still searching for Santiago to help him break the curse. Beyla is getting closer and closer to her guys and her best friend Nyx. This is filled with drama and watching the Terrible Trio be pushed closer and closer to the edge. Nyx shrieks a death omen and that can only mean one thing, someone in the company is going to die. For me this was the perfect filler book before the finale and I was speed reading through this to get to the final and find out exactly what happens next since the ending was quite the cliffhanger!
