Drakian is fleeing a world where the queen killed his mate and hatchling, what he doesn’t expect is to find the human who is taking care of him is his second mate Alex. Alex lives a simple life of hanging out with her friends and helping her mom who has cancer, but taking care of a dragon is not what she is used to. I really enjoyed these characters and the story was short and sweet but the world building was excellent as well as the backstory of the characters. I cant’ wait to read the next story, I really hope it is Torken’s!
