It all started with a dumb dare! Lily has been an outcast/ freak a majority of her life, but something calls to her when she reaches her new group home in the middle of nowhere. The cemetery is rumored to be a gate to Hell and on the first night out she sneaks out with 3 of the other girls and they dare her to go to the gate, there she meets Valerian, Matthias, and Alder but they have trouble killing her like they are supposed to. There is more that is happening then they realize and it takes a little bit for them to bond with each other. I really enjoyed the characters and their bonds that they created with each other and the spice. I look forward to reading more from this author!
