I really enjoyed this book! Ariadne and her mom lived in the slums of the city-state, but suddenly she is taken and found guilty of reading slander against the government and is thrown in the labyrinth. Zeruhn is a failed prototype of the first shifters created, being the Minotaur he is tasked with killing everyone who enters the maze, except his Jackelope friend Lago. Ariadne is not expecting Zeruhn to be the man he is. They get to know each other and the scenes were spicy, also chasing through the labyrinth. The ending was action packed and sooo good! I can’t wait to read the next book!
