Rory has survived a vampire cult and wants to seek revenge. The only way to do so is to steal her family’s grimoire that is currently in a human museum in the witch exhibit, she doesn’t expect help. Darius was minding his own business when he noticed someone stealing something, so he follows her and investigates. Conan and Ezra are after a little witch who stole something from their client and they are going to get it back, its what they do after all as private investigators. But after hearing Rory’s story and why she needs the book things are changing for them. I loved they dynamic between the characters and the spiciness was perfection. I can’t wait to read the next book!
